Petitioner has been made an accused in connection with Manika P.S Case no- 122/2022 registered under sections 11 of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act and Sections 12(1)(2)(3) of the Jharkhand Bovine Animal Prohibition of Slaughter Act, pending in the learned court of ACJM, Latehar. The petitioner is said to be owner of a tempo bearing registration no. JH-03-U-4530 which was seized by Manika police near Manika block at NH-39, five cattle heads were found to be loaded on the said vehicle. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about four months. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. Regard being had to the facts and circumstance of the case, the petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Latehar in connection with Manika P.S Case no- 122/2022.
