This contempt proceedings has been initiated against the accused-Bangalore Development Authority for willful disobedience and non-compliance of the order dated 7-2-2019 passed in Writ Petition No.23600 of 2018 (BDA), wherein a writ of mandamus was issued to the accused to refund money to the complainant, which it had taken from him whilst executing the said deed, within a period of eight weeks' subject to the complainant complying with the legally admissible conditions which would otherwise have bound the original allottee, Mr. Krishna.

learned counsel representing Sri Sampath A., learned counsel for the complainant, submits that the accused has complied with the orders passed by the learned Single Judge.

3. Sri B.S. Sachin, learned counsel for the accused-BDA, submits that he has filed a memo in compliance with the order passed by the learned Single Judge and the accused has deposited the amount of Rs.6,91,250/- into the Bank Account of the complainant.

Accordingly, the contempt proceedings is hereby closed.
