The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Domchanch P.S. Case No. 02 of 2024, corresponding to Sessions Trial Case No.61 of 2024, for the offences registered under section 395 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Koderma. Bail Application of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide B.A. No.5768 of 2024 by order dated 02.08.2024 with liberty to renew his prayer for bail after four months. It appears that Rs.60,000/- was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, which was proceed of dacoity. It further appears that petitioner being an employee of Muthoot Micro Finance Limited has stage managed loot of Rs.3,93,700/- belonging to his employer. Mr. A. K. Sahani, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that petitioner is in custody for more than a year. Considering the period of custody, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Koderma, in connection with Domchanch P.S.
