The petitioner by means of the present writ petition has prayed for following relief: "(I) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding directing to the respondent no.3 Zila Basic Siksha Adhikari (B.S.A.) Azamgarh to stop the functioning and to withdraw the reorganization of M.A. Memorial Public School Jai Nagar road Mehnagar, District Azamgarh in pursuance of Govt. Order dated 26.09.2023. (II) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding directing the respondent authorities to conclude the proceedings for withdraw the reorganization of M.A. Memorial Public School Jai Nagar road Mehnagar District Azamgarh in pursuance of Govt. Order dated 26.09.2023 as initiated in pursuance of the order dated 14.10.2024 passed by respondent no.4 within a stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. The petitioner is complainant and he is not aggrieved by the impugned order as none of the rights of the petitioner is prejudiced by the impugned order. 4. In such view of the fact, the petitioner has no locus standi to file the present writ petition. 5. Consequently, the writ petition is dismissed with no order as to costs.
