The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Chatra Sadar P.S. Case No. 181/2024 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 198/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 18, 18(b), 22, 25, 30 of the N.D.P.S. Act and Section 25(1-B)a, 26 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of learned Principal District Judge-cum-Special Judge, Chatra. 3. It appears that 2.700 kgs of opium were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It further appears that firearms were also recovered from him. 4. The quantum of seized narcotic substance comes within the purview of commercial quantity. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail.
