Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024, registered under Sections 111(2)(ii), 317(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C, 66D of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 3. On 24.10.2024, Cyber Police Jamtara, apprehended the petitioner along with co-accused persons on suspicion that they were involved in cyber crime. Four mobile phones, ATM cards and some cash were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 4. It was submitted that nobody has turned up to claim that the petitioner has cheated anyone. It was further submitted that similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by this court earlier. 5. Learned Special P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
