The Court made the following ORDER: The above contempt case is filed complaining of the violation of the order dated 03.09.2013 in W.P.No.24988 of 2013. 2. The petitioners filed W.P.No.24988 of 2013 challenging Memo bearing No.12080/COSE/A2/2004-4, dated 20.10.2004, issued by the respondent- State Government. The said writ petition was disposed of on 03.09.2013, in terms of W.P.No.9503 of 2005 and batch, whereby, the said memo was declared illegal and further directed the respondent to accord permission to the petitioner-institutions to fill up vacant grant-in-aid posts in accordance with the Rules. SRS,J C.C.No.2184 of 2013 3. Complaining violation of the above order, this contempt case is filed. 4. Today, when the matter is listed, Sri K.V. Raghuveer, learned counsel for the respondent produced a copy of instructions furnished by the respondent vide Lr. Rc.No.6570/C2/2024 dated 25.02.2025 and submitted that, in pursuance of the order dated 03.09.2013, 02 SGT posts were filled up in petitioner No.1 institution and likewise, wherever there was a need, the existing aided vacancies were filled up. 5. None appeared for the petitioner, refuting the same. 6. Thus, as seen from the instructions coupled with the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, in the considered opinion of this court, the order dated 03.09.2013 in W.P.No.24988 of 2013, has been complied with. 7. Since the order dated 03.09.2013 in W.P.No.24988 of 2013 has been complied with this contempt case is closed. No costs.
