GUNESHWAR SHARMA Order 17.10.2025 [1] Heard Mr. Ajoy Pebam, learned counsel for the applicant in MC(WP(C) No. 771 of 2025 and Mr. S. Niranjan, learned G.A. for the State respondent. [2] By the present application, the petitioner is proposing to implead Smt. Nemcha Kipgen and Deputy Commissioner, Kangpokpi as respondent Nos. 4 & 5 in terms of the order dated 01.09.2025 passed by this Court in WP(C) No. 682 of 2025, as there are certain allegations in the writ petition against these two proposed respondent Nos. 4 &5. [3] Mr. S. Niranjan, learned G.A., submits that this Court may pass appropriate order. [4] This Court has perused the materials on record and the objection raised by the learned G.A. in the order dated 01.09.2025 to the effect that these two proposed respondents may be the necessary party in the present application, as the petitioner has made certain allegations against them. [5] In the circumstances, the application is allowed. [6] Smt. Nemcha Kipgen and Deputy Commissioner, Kangpokpi are impleaded as respondent Nos. 4 & 5 in WP(C) No. 682 of 2025. [7] Registry is directed to make necessary incorporation. [8] Issue notice to the newly impleaded respondent Nos. 4 & 5. [9] Mr. S. Niranjan, learned G.A. accepts notice on behalf of respondent No. 5 and petitioner is directed to take step to newly impleaded respondent No. 4 by speed post and dasti in addition and file affidavit of proof of service. [10] Learned G.A. prays for two weeks’ time for filing counter affidavit. [11] List this case on 10.11.2025. [12] Earlier interim order is extended till the next date. JUDGE Kh. Joshua Maring
