Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration & Urban Development, appearing for the 1st respondent, the learned standing counsel for the corporation, appearing for respondents 2 to 5. 2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of respondents 2 to 5 in considering the representation dated 04.08.2025. The petitioner got issued notice to respondents 2 to 5 for unauthorized construction which is undertaken by respondents 6 and 7. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents 6 and 7 have encroached the property of the petitioner and are proceeding with construction without obtaining any sanction from the competent authorities. 4. The learned standing counsel for the Corporation appearing for respondents 2 to 5, on oral instructions, submits that the petitioner got conducted a survey for his property and in the survey it was found that the portion of the land was encroached by respondents 6 and 7. It is further submitted that no permission was sanctioned to respondents 6 and 7 for undertaking any construction. In that regard, -3- W.P. No.22654 of 2025 Date of order:30.08.2025 it is submitted that the representation of the petitioner would be dealt with appropriately in accordance with law. 5.
