P. -------- 04/ Dated 06.01.2025 Heard the parties. The petitioners have been made accused in connection with Nimiaghat P.S. Case No. 80 of 2024, for the offences registered under Sections 303(2), 317(5), 210, 112/3(5) of BNS and Sections 11(i) (A)(D)(F)(H)(K) of Prevention of Cruelty to Animal Act and Section 12 of Jharkhand Bovine Animal Prohibition of Slaughter Act, 2005 and Sections 47(A)(B)(C)/49/54(A)(B)(C) of Transportation of Animal Rules, pending in the court of Sri Danish Nawaz, learned J.M.F.C., Giridih. On 24.10.2024, Nimiaghat Police intercepted a truck bearing registration No. BR03GA-5965 and seized 29 heads of cattle. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that petitioner Nos.2 & 3 are the owners of seized cattle and they were taking the cattle for selling in Nimiaghat cattle fair. It was further submitted that chargesheet has been submitted in this case. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Danish Nawaz, learned J.M.F.C., Giridih, in connection with Nimiaghat P.S.
