Mr. Ashok Das Mr. Arup Sarkar Ms. Hasi jana ….for the petitioners Mr. Sanjay Bardhan Ms. Trina Mitra ….for the State Heard the learned counsels for the parties. Perused the case diary. Considering the incriminating materials available in the case diary including statements of the local eye-witnesses and the injured as well as injury reports showing inflicting of serious injury on the vital parts of the body and the city scan report of one victim showing soft tissues scalp swelling in left front temporoparietal region, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
