The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed the present writ petition challenging the action of the 3rd respondent in registering Crime No. 110 of 2024 on the file of Rompicherla Police Station, Palnadu District, for the alleged offences under Sections 420 and 506 of the IPC. In this regard, the 3rd respondent has been calling the petitioner for enquiry. Aggrieved by such actions, the present writ petition has been filed.

2. The learned Assistant Government Pleader, on written instructions, submits that the 3rd respondent has received a complaint from one P. Anjaneyulu, alleging that the petitioner received an amount of Rs. 20,02,550/- from the said complainant for arranging a job to the 4th respondent's son, and that he has been avoiding the 4th respondent. The complaint was filed by the 4th respondent, and the police are investigating the matter. It is submitted that the petitioner has been absconding since the date of registration of the case. It is also submitted that the police have examined as many as seven witnesses and the matter is pending investigation. Suppressing all this, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. Recording the submissions of the learned Assistant Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed, leaving it open for the 3rd respondent to take steps in accordance with law for the purpose of investigation in Crime No. 110 of 2024. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
