The petitioners have filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):- “10.1 That, this Hon'ble Court may be kind enough in issuing a writ in the nature of mandamus, certiorari or likewise any other appropriate writ, commanding and directing the respondents to produce all the records concerning with the present case. 10.2 That, this Hon'ble Court may be kind enough in issuing a writ in the nature of mandamus, certiorari or likewise any other appropriate writ, commanding and directing the respondent State to not demolish the structure of the petitioners, in which they are running their press and media business within the four conrners and permissibility of the law. 10.3 That, this Hon'ble Court may be kind enough in issuing a writ in the nature of mandamus, certiorari or likewise any other appropriate writ, commanding and directing the respondent State, particularly the respondent No. 6 to take appropriate decision as per the application pending before the respondent no. 6 strictly in accordance with the provisions of and till date without hearing the petitioners, no demolition be effected. 10.4 That, this Hon'ble Court may be kind enough in issuing a writ in the nature of mandamus, certiorari or likewise any other appropriate writ, commanding and directing the respondent State to regularize the construction of the petitioners in the interest of justice and also looking to the balance of convenience in favour of the petitioners. 10.5 That, this Hon'ble Court may be kind enough in issuing a writ in the nature of mandamus, certiorari or likewise any other appropriate writ, commanding and directing the respondent to submit status report about the fact and responsibility of the officer who have permitted the encroachers to remain in possession on the government land without authority of the law. 10.6 That, this Hon'ble Court may be kind enough in issuing a writ in the nature of mandamus, certiorari or likewise any other appropriate writ, commanding and directing the respondent to comply the proposal made as per the master plan for widening of the road under the plan MR 15. 10.7 Any other relief, which the Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case, may also be granted.” 2. At the very outsel, Mr. Aditya Agrawal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that this petition has become infructuous, therefore, it may be dismissed being rendered infructuous. 3 3.
