ORAL ORDER
1. Petitioner and his learned counsel are present.
2. Respondent and his learned counsel are present.
3. A joint memo is filed and it is signed by the petitioner, respondent and their respective counsel.
4. As per the joint memo, the matter is settled for a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- including the amount deposited by the petitioner before the trial Court. Petitioner - accused has deposited a sum of Rs.8,30,000/- before the trial Court. Petitioner - accused has no objection for withdrawal of the said amount by respondent - complainant. Petitioner - accused has agreed to pay the balance amount of Rs.6,70,000/- in 2 installments within 3 months from this day. Petitioner - accused has also agreed that if balance amount of Rs.6,70,000/- is not paid within 3 months from this day, the judgment of conviction and order on sentence passed in C.C. No. 917/2017 dated 02.07.2018 would revive and he will be liable to pay the fine

amount of Rs.16,60,000/- as per the judgment dated 02.07.2018 passed in C.C. No. 917/2017.
5. In view of the above, revision petition is disposed off as settled. In case petitioner - accused fails to pay Rs.6,70,000/- within 3 months from this day, he is liable to pay fine of Rs.16,60,000/- as per the judgment dated 02.07.2018 passed in C.C. No. 917/2017. Respondent - complainant is at liberty to enforce the judgment passed in C.C. No. 917/2017 after 3 months from this day if the balance amount of Rs.6,70,000/- is not paid by petitioner - accused.
6. Respondent – complainant is permitted to withdraw Rs.8,30,000/- deposited by petitioner - accused before the trial Court.
