CMP No.21711 of 2025 This application has been filed for extension of time for complying with the order dated 17.10.2023 passed in CWP No.2505 of 2016. The application was filed way back on 04.04.2025 and the time sought for implementing the order was three months. In such circumstances, the application is rendered infructuous. Learned Deputy Solicitor General of India as also learned counsel for the non-applicant/petitioner submit so. Accordingly, the application is dismissed as having been rendered infructuous.
