ORAL ORDER
In this petition, petitioners seek the following reliefs:
“(a) Quash entire proceedings in C.C.No.4904/2005 pending on the file of XXIV Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Bengaluru, in Crime No.376/2004 registered at Hanumantha Nagar Police Station, Bengaluru insofar as the petitioners are concerned, in the interest of justice and equity.
(b) Pass such other order or direction as this Hon’ble Court deems fit in the facts and circumstances of the case.”
2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned HCGP for the respondent and perused the material on record.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are ready to appear before the Trial Court on the next date of hearing and file necessary application seeking regular bail and till the same is considered by the Trial Court, the impugned proclamation, attachment warrant and NBW issued against the petitioners may be kept in abeyance.

5. Accordingly, petition is disposed of directing the petitioners to appear before the Trial Court on the next date of hearing. If the petitioners appear before the Trial Court on the next date of hearing and files application seeking regular bail, the same shall be considered by the Trial Court, in accordance with law.
6. It is further directed that till disposal of such application to be filed by the petitioners, proclamation, attachment warrant and NBW issued against the petitioners are kept in abeyance.
7. It is made clear that if petitioners do not appear before the Trial Court on the next date of hearing, the present order shall stand recalled and proclamation, attachment warrant and NBW issued against the petitioners shall stand revived.
8. Subject to the aforesaid observations and directions, the petition stands disposed of.
