It appears that final order dated 30.09.2023 was passed by the Family Court No.4, Jaipur Metropolitan-I, on application under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by the respondent and since that order was passed ex parte, petitioner moved an application under Section 126(2) of Cr.P.C., which has finally be dismissed vide order dated 24.01.2025. 2. Since the order dated 30.9.2023 is final order as also the impugned order dated 24.01.2025 is also final order, petitioner is at liberty to assail these orders by way of availing the statutory remedy of filing Criminal Revision Petition. 3. Counsel for petitioner prays for withdrawal of the petition in order to avail the statutory remedy of filing Criminal Revision Petition against the impugned orders.
