Santa, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1& 2 are present before the Court physically and Ms. Marina, learned counsel for the respondents who appeared through video conferencing. In this proceeding i.e., M.C(CRP(C.R. P Article227) No.28 of 2025 seeking for intervention to the consideration of the reason stated in the affidavit of Smt. Thoudam (N) Khaidem(O) Akashini Devi for supporting the contents and taken in this application has filed under the given provision of Code of Civil Procedure. However, the learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner namely Mr. P. Tomcha, learned counsel for the applicant, Mr. N. Santa, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 & 2 and Ms. Marina, learned counsel for the respondents fairly submitted that the application has filed under the given provision of Code of Civil Procedure and the matter may be considered for bringing LR of the deceased of respondent No.4(i) who expired on 01.09.2023. JOHN TELEN KOM Digitally signed by JOHN TELEN KOM Date: 2025.12.04 00:24:19 -08'00' 2 Whereas in para No.3 of this application on dead of the Respondent No.4(i), he left behind the following the legal heir as hereinafter (1) Wife- Naorem Bina Devi, aged about 45 years, W/o Abujam Ibochou Singh, resident of Khundrakpam Makha Leikai, P.O Pangei & P.S Lamlai, Imphal East District, Manipur-795010 and (2) Minor Daughter- Abujam Shakenbi, aged about 16 years, D/o A. Ibochou Singh, resident of Khundrakpam Makha Leikai, P.O Pangei & P.S Lamlai, Imphal East District, Manipur-795010(represented by her natural mother, Naorem Bina Devi). However, the legal heir of the deceased Respondent No.4(i) may be brought on record as respondent Nos. 4(i)(a) and 4(i)(b) as party to the proceeding. Therefore, the reasons stated in this application are found to be justifiable and also acceptable. Therefore, the proceeding in MC(CRP(C.R.P Art.227) No.28 of 2025 is hereby considered in the interest of justice. Accordingly, ordered. Consequent upon the disposal of this application, it is deemed appropriate that the counsel for the applicant/petitioner be directed to carry out the amendment in the original proceeding as the LR of the respondent Nos. 4(i)(a) and 4(i)(b) as party in the proceeding to participate in this matter. 3 Amendment shall be carried out in the cause title of the proceeding.
