Learned counsel for the petitioner is present and submits that the matter has been settled between the petitioner and the respondent. He further submits that petitioner has paid the settlement amount to the respondent. This Court on 11.02.2025 has passed the following order: The learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a memo before this Court along with the order sheet of the trial Court, wherein memo is filed by the learned counsel for the complainant and the same is signed by the complainant, stating that the above case may kindly be dismissed as not pressed as the complainant has received the entire cheque amount from the accused. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already made the payment to the respondent and to that effect, - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:21953 CRL.RP No. 1341 of 2016 memo is filed and hence the petitioner may be permitted to withdraw the entire amount, which he has deposited before the trial Court. Hence, I.A.No.1/2025 is allowed and the petitioner is permitted to withdraw the amount in view of withdrawal of the case by the complainant. 3. Considering the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner that the matter is settled, this revision petition is dismissed as not pressed.
