Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already filed a representation before respondent No.3, as such, he is seeking liberty to the effect that the respondent authorities may kindly be directed to consider and decide his representation. 4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to file fresh representation before the concerned authority i.e. respondent No.3 and prayed that a direction may be given to the concerned respondent authorities to consider the decide the same within considerable time frame. 5. Be that as it may, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the concerned respondent authority within a period of 10 days ventilating his grievance and the concerned 3 respondent authority is directed to consider and decide the case of the petitioner in a pragmatic manner within a period of 45 days from the date of filing of representation of the petitioner. 6.
