As seen from the proceedings, it is emphasized that the Tahsildar-Rapthadu has not issued any orders to take any action to dispossess the petitioners from the above said land. But the 6 Municipality Authorities may be objected the writ petitioners as the land belonged to Water Works, Ananthapuramu Municipality. 4. As the Ananthapuramu Municipality is not the party to this Writ Petition, recording the proceedings addressed by the Tahsildar, Rapthadu Mandal, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
