Raghunandan Rao) Heard Sri Turaga Sai Surya,' learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the learned Government Pleader for Medical and Health Sciences appearing for respondent No.1 and Smt. T.V. Sridevi, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3. The petitioner is seeking admission to the MBBS course, for the 2. Academic year 2025-2026. She had initially registered herself, online, for participation in the counseling for the Convenor Quota seats in Government HQ & RRR,J W.P.No.22057of 2025 2 Medical Colleges. However, she did not register herself for participation in the counseling for the MBBS Management Quota seats in Private Medical unaided colleges. The petitioner had now approached this Court contending that she could not register herself for participation in the counseling for Management Quota seats in Private Medical unaided colleges as she was under the impression that her registration for the convernor quota seats was 3. sufficient. The petitioner has approached this Court, by way of the present Writ petition contending that the petitioner would suffer grievous loss and injury if she is not permitted to participate in the counseling process for the Management Seats. In the circumstances, she seeks a direction from this Court to the respondents 2 and 3 to permit her to participate in the MBBS Medical Counseling under B- Category and C- Category (Management/NRI 4. Quota). This Court, has already considered a similar request by another candidate, in W.P.No.21757 of 2025 and had rejected the same. Following the said judgment, this Writ Petition is dismissed.
