It is further stated that, to curb and curtail the unlawful activities of the Petitioner in the vicinity, Rowdy Sheet was opened against the Petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that, the cases registered against the Petitioner were ended in acquittal and pending against him. no cases are 4. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is allowed and the Rowdy Sheet opened against petitioner vide C.No.84/SDPO-RPL/H.S/2023 dated 06.07.2023, is hereby set aside.
