Advocate General, produced an order dated 04-11-2025 issued by the Joint Secretary (Health & Family Welfare), Government of Manipur rejecting the representation dated 12-05-2022 submitted by the petitioner and it is submitted that after issuance of the subsequent order dated 04-11-2025, the cause of the contempt petition does not survive. In the circumstances, the contempt petition is closed leaving open the legality of the order dated 04-11-2025.
