Case No. 624/2024 arising out of Silli P.S. Case No. 109/2020, for the offences registered under Sections 302 and 34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned A.J.C.-VI, Ranchi. 3. Petitioners happen to be the mother-in-law and brother-in-law of the deceased Arti Devi, who was married to Anand Karmali 10 - 11 years prior to the date of occurrence. She committed suicide in her matrimonial home. 4. It was submitted that due to the dispute with her husband, the deceased had committed suicide. It was further submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against all the accused persons. 5. Mr. Shree Prakash Jha, learned A.P.P. has opposed the prayer for bail, but does not dispute the aforesaid facts. 6. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.J.C.-VI, Ranchi in connection with S.T.
