ORAL ORDER:
Heard Sri Karre Satyanandam, learned Counsel for the Petitioner and Sri M.Sreenu Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader. 2. The contents of the FIR dated 08.04.2024 bearing FIR No.64/2024 (Ex.P6), would read as under:
“Occurred on 08-04-2024 at 4.00 PM, at Gudupalli cross, Chowdasamudram, Kaluvapalli road, Molakalacheruvu mandal and reported in the P.S on the same day at 6.30 PM, in which the accused A-1 Kammala Ganesh Kumar @ Ganesh, A-2 Kammala Pratap A-3 Rajesh @ Raju were transported the illegal liquor pac3 cardboard boxes in their motor cycle bearing No AP 40 H 4184 containing packets and sold 15 card board boxes of liquor packets sold to A-4 Kadirendra babu and A-5 Nagendra and also sold 10 card boxes of liquor packets i.e., DK DOUBLE KICK FINE WHISKY-90 ml-1728 packets, DK DOUBLE KICK FINE WHISKY- 180ml-96packets along with TOYOTO vehicle bearing No.AP 36 AY 2322 and under a cover of Mahazarnama. The accused A-3 to A5 were absconded from the spot.”
3. Having regard to the above facts, this Court is not inclined to interfere in the present Writ Petition. 4. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. Petitioner is at liberty to approach the authority. If the Petitioner makes any application, it is needless

to state that the authority shall consider the same within reasonable time and in accordance with law. No order as to costs. 5. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order.
