Act., pending in the court of learned Principal District & Sessions Judge, Seraikella-Kharsawan. On 20.10.2024, the petitioner was apprehended by Kuchai police and on search 130 kgs of country made liquor and 30 kgs of dodda were recovered from his possession. It was submitted that the quantum of seized contraband comes within the purview of intermediary quantity. It was further submitted that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.
