Tiwari, Special P.P. --- 04 / 04.02.2025 Both these bail applications arise out of the same Police Case. Accordingly, they are being disposed of by a common order. Heard the parties. 2. Petitioners have been made an accused in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024, registered under Sections 111(2)(ii), 317(2), 318(4), 319(2), 336(3), 338, 340(2), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and Sections 66B, 66C, 66D of the I.T. Act, pending in the Court of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara. 3. On 24.10.2024, Cyber Police Jamtara, apprehended the petitioners along with several co-accused persns. It was suspected that they were involved in cybercrime. Two mobile phones were recovered from the possession of the petitioner Tinku Rabidas, while three mobile phones and ATM card were recovered from the possession of the petitioner Chotelal Das. 4. It was submitted that nobody has turned up to claim that the petitioners have cheated anyone. 5. Mr. Shailendra Kumar Tiwari, learned Special P.P. after going through the case diary, has admitted this fact that there is no victim in these cases, as far as the petitioners are concerned. 6. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioners, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioners, named above, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty 2. thousand) each, with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Cyber Crime, Jamtara, in connection with Jamtara Cyber Crime P.S.
