Aggrieved by the same, the present appeal was preferred by the mother. 2. The minor child at that point of time was aged about 9 years. 3. No representation on either side even in the revised call. 4. The matter pertains to the year 2010 and is listed in the weekly list. 5. Since the minor chid now attained majority and as there is no representation for the appellant, the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal is dismissed for non – prosecution. No order as to costs.
