2. Heard Sri Ramakanth Reddy, learned senior counsel assisted by the
learned counsel for the petitioner on record and Sri Md.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor representing the State. Learned senior counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner would submit that a representation has been made to Respondent No.2, requesting the transfer of Crime No. 310 of 2024, dated 22.07.2024, registered by Krishnalanka Police Station, to Respondent No.3 for investigation and filing of the charge sheet, since a non-banking finance company is involved and the alleged fabricated amount is more than 100 crores. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor would submit that the Court may pass appropriate orders. Considering the submissions made, the Writ Petition is disposed of. However, the respondent No.2 is directed to look into the representation of the petitioner and take appropriate decision over the matter according to governing Rules and Law and keeping in view of guidelines issued by Crime Investigation Department, Andhra Pradesh, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not considered by this date. There shall be no order as to costs.
