JUSTICE PURNENDU SINGH ORAL ORDER 3 20-08-2025 Heard Mr. Md Ansiur Rahman, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner; Mr. Shyam Kumar Singh, learned APP for the State and Mr. Hans Lal Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant. 2. The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Shyampur Bhathan P.S. Case No. 42 of 2020 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Sections 323, 341, 376, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR, I find that the matter can be resolved outside the Court by way of mediation. 4. The parties are directed to appear before the learned Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.21186 of 2025(3) dt.20-08-2025 2/2 District Court on 04.09.2025 at 10.30 am. 5. Learned District Court is directed to refer the matter before the learned Mediator of the District Mediation Center. 6. Learned Mediator of the District Mediation Center concerned shall make his/her best efforts to settle the dispute amicably and thereafter submit his/her report before the concerned learned District Court, well within a period of four months, till then, no coercive step shall be taken against the petitioner. 7. In case of failure on the part of the petitioner to appear on 04.09.2025 sharp at 10.30 am before the learned District Court or any date fixed by the learned Mediator, the interim protection granted to the petitioner shall automatically lose its force. 8.
