The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 409 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. The prosecution case, in brief, is that this petitioner, who was working at Central Co-operative Bank Ltd., Tarai as Data Entry Operator, transferred huge amount of money from bank account of the Office to different accounts of customers on different dates and thereafter, transferred the same to his own account and his wife’s account and thereby embezzling Rs. 65,97,450/-. 4. Considering the specific and direct nature of Patna High Court CR. MISC.
