Srinu Babu, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Municipal Administration and Urban Development and Sri A. Ram Dheeraj, learned Counsel representing Ms. S. Pranathi, learned Standing Counsel for the APCRDA. 2. Sri A. Ram Dheeraj, learned Counsel representing Ms. S. Pranathi, learned Standing Counsel for the APCRDA has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Chief Engineer (H&B), APCRDA, Vijayawada, dated 02.09.2025. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. The Written Instructions would indicate that an amount of Rs.2,08,807/- has been paid to the contractor. This fact is not disputed by the learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. On the contrary, based on Instructions, he confirms that the Writ Petitioner has successfully received the said amount. Therefore, no further consideration is necessary. 4. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed. No order as to costs. 5.
