The present application under Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed to quash the order dated 3.3.2025 passed by Additional Sessions Judge (POCSO Act) Bijnor in Criminal Revision No. 340 of 2023 (Pratibha Rani Vs. State of U.P.), whereby the revisional court set aside the order dated 5.6.2023 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bijnor, whereby Final Report was allowed. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press this application and wants liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction. The instant application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
