ORAL ORDER:
Heard Sri Md. Rafi, learned Counsel representing on behalf of Sri A Syam Sundar Reddy for the Writ Petitioner; Sri K. Arjun Chowdary, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue. 2. In compliance of the Order dated 20.01.2025, the Writ Petitioner has filed an Affidavit dated 24.01.2025 stating that she will cooperate and attend the enquiry as and when fixed by the Revenue Authorities without fail. Copy of it is supplied to the learned Assistant Government Pleader. The same is taken on record. 3. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this Writ Petition, at the admission stage, without going into the merit, directing the Respondent Authorities to conduct survey in terms of the Affidavit filed by the Writ Petitioner. The Writ Petitioner shall cooperate with the Authorities for proper conduct of survey. 4.
Needless to state that the Respondent Authorities are statutorily obligated to adhere to the principles of Natural Justice by issuing advance Notice to the Writ Petitioner and other interested parties, consider their
submissions/objections and documents, if any, before issuing the final Report.
5. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition stands
disposed of. No order as to costs.
6. Interlocutory Applications, if any, stand closed in terms of this order.
