Order No.02 Dated- 21/01/2025
Heard the parties.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 08.10.2024 passed by the respondent no.4 in Misc. Case No.460 of 2024, but it is fairly submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the said order has become inoperative because of efflux of time and is no more in force, hence, the prayer made in this writ petition has become infructuous.
In view of the submissions made by the learned counsels, this writ petition is disposed of being infructuous.
