GP FOR REVENUE (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief: “…..to direct the 2nd respondent to dispose interim application filed along with appeal seeking stay of recovery of the arrears pursuant to the proceedings to the distraint order dated 17.2.2016 on the file of the 3rd respondent to pass such other order or orders…..” 2 2. Heard Mr.B.V.Anjaneyulu, learned counsel, representing Mr.V.R.Avula, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Mines and Geology, appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 3. This Court vide order dated 22.04.2016 has granted interim order, which reads as under: “….There shall accordingly be a direction to the appellate authority, second respondent, to consider the petitioner’s stay application filed in the appeal pending before him and pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously and in any event, not later than two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Pending disposal of the stay application, no coercive measures shall be initiated.” 4. On hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim order passed by this Court, no further orders are required in this writ petition, hence, the writ petition may be closed. 5. Recording the above submission, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs. 6. As a sequel, interlocutory applications, if any pending, shall stands closed. _________________________ DR. K.
