“10(i) That, this Hon’ble may kindly be pleased to issue a appropriate writ/orders/directions to the respondents and restrain to disconnect water and electricity supplied to the petitioner. 10.(ii)That, this Hon’ble may kindly be pleased to issue a appropriate writ/orders/directions in respect letter dated 20.07.2019 (Annexure P/1) is arbitrary and without jurisdiction and inoperative. 10.(iii) That, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief which seems just and fair in the eyes of law, looking to the facts and circumstances of the case.”
2. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that by efflux of time, the present petitions have become infructuous, therefore, these petitions may be dismissed being rendered infructuous.
3. Recording the statement made by Mr. Shravan Agrawal, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, these petitions are dismissed being rendered infructuous.
