1. As per the PUD dated 19.06.2025 received from Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Balod, District- Balod (C.G.) it has been informed that in sequence of the order dated 04.11.2024 passed by this Court in MAC No. 512/2018 wherein six months time from the date of 27.11.2024 was granted to decide the matter but at present the case
2 is pending at the stage of the evidence of petitioner and respondent and requested for extension of 2 months time to decide the Claim Case No. 82/2016 (Chatur Singh Vs. Dilshad Khan & Ors.).
2. In view of the above, 2 months time is granted to decide the Claim Case No. 82/2016 (Chatur Singh Vs. Dilshad Khan & Ors.).
