In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed an affidavit of the District Inspector of Schools, Moradabad disclosing that the salary of the applicant from from 10.11.2023 to 09.01.2025 has been credited in the account of the applicant on 26.03.2025. It has been stated in the affidavit that the applicant retired from service on 31.03.2025 on attaining the age of superannuation. It is further stated in the affidavit that directions have been issued for payment of arrears of salary to the applicant up to 31.03.2025, i.e., from 09.01.2025 to 31.03.2025. The order dated 04.04.2025 directing for payment of arrears of salary to the applicant has also been annexed with the affidavit as annexure no. 3. In view of the aforesaid, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The contempt application is disposed of. The file of the case be consigned to records. Notice is discharged. It is clarified that in case, arrears of salary to the applicant as mentioned in paragraph no. 12 of the affidavit is not credited in the account of the applicant by 12th May, 2025, the applicant shall be at liberty to file a recall application for recall of the present order.
