Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC:41811-DB Court No. - 29 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 8346 of 2025 Petitioner :- Gulfsha Khan Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Viveka Nand Rai Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Ashwani Kumar Mishra,J. Hon'ble Donadi Ramesh,J. It appears that on a certain complaint made against the petitioner the third respondent has passed the order on 14.2.2025 permitting the food items to be provided by someone else. It is submitted that the order is ex-parte and those who allegedly made complaint have clearly stated that no such complaint was made. Learned Standing counsel submits that such issues of fact can be examined by the competent authority. In that view of the matter, we permit the petitioner to approach respondent no.4 in respect of her grievance which would be got examined and an appropriate decision would be taken within a period of six weeks, from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order. With the above observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. Order Date :- 21.3.2025 RA Digitally signed by :- RAZIQ ALI High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
