Krishna Mohan) Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Services-III, appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 2. This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents to equate the pay scales of the petitioner herein on par with Vijayawada Bal Bahvan Staff Members in accordance with G.O.Ms.NO.201, dated 12.03.1980. 3. Upon written instructions received from the respondent No.4, the learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that after retirement of the petitioner on superannuation on 30.04.2016, his pay scale was revised as per the proceedings dated 14.12.2023 of the DEO, Kurnool, in accordance with G.O.M.Os.No.201, Education (R) Department, dated 12.03.1980 and the petitioner was sanctioned with subsequent increment as revised and upon re- fixation of the pay in RPS 1993, RPS 1999, RPS 2005, RPS 2010 and RPS 2015 up to his retirement. As per the sanctioned orders of the respondent No.4, the petitioner was re-fixed with his pension and retirement benefits like Retirement Gratuity, Service Gratuity and Commutation etc., on 07.10.2024. 4. Said instructions of the respondent No.4 addressed to the Government Pleader for Service-III, High Court of A.P., dated 12.03.2025 shall be made as part of the Court record. 3 5. In view of the same, no further relief is to be granted in this Wirt Petition. Accordingly, the same is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
