Mr. Dheeraj K. Vashisht, Advocate, for the respondent. Cr.MP No. 4901 of 2025 Present application has been filed for the rectification of clerical error in para-4 of the judgment dated 31.10.2025. It was asserted that the Court had recorded that an amount of ₹19,000/- has already been deposited whereas, amount of ₹90,000/- has been deposited. The error is clerical, hence, the prayer has been made for rectification of error. Learned counsel for the opposite party has submitted that an amount of ₹90,000/- has been deposited before the learned Trial Court. Since the words ‘19’ and ‘90’ are phonetically similar and the fact that the parties have conceded that ₹90,000/- have been deposited before the learned Trial Court, therefore, the present application is allowed and ₹19,000/-, as mentioned in para-4 of the judgment is ordered to be corrected as ₹90,000/- (Rupees Ninety Thousand only).
