GP FOR REVENUE The Court made the following: ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri B. Abhay Siddanth Mootha, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri K. Ashok, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Venkata Rama Rao Kota, learned Standing Counsel for APSPDCL. 2. Sri K. Ashok, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of Sri Venkata Rama Rao Kota, learned Standing Counsel for APSPDCL, has submitted the Written Instructions furnished by the Assistant Executive Engineer, Operation, APSPDCL, Peapully. Copy of it is supplied to the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner as well and the same is taken on record. The relevant portion of the said Written Instruction is usefully extracted hereunder: “It is to submit that on 18.06.2025 neither instructed nor issued any order to the O & M Staff of APSPDCL/Operation Section/Peapully to disconnect the power supply and we are not try to disconnect to the Agriculture service connection Number 822518000631 of Peddapudella Village, Peapully Mandal at present service is under Live status, which is situated at Sy.No.561, on extent of Ac.4.00 cents. Further it is submit that neither consumer nor the field staff has not intimated to the undersigned, in this subject, the consumer has directly approached the Hon’ble High Court, hence the information furnished by the consumer is not true, as per facts. This is for favor of information.” 3 3. The above Written Instructions would indicate that the Official Respondents are not trying to disconnect the agricultural electricity connection belonging to the Writ Petitioner bearing No.822518000631 of Peddapudella Village, Peapully Mandal. 4. In this view of the matter, this Court is of the opinion that there is nothing to adjudicate in this Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. 5.
