ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue an appropriate Writ, Order or Direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action on the part of the respondents No.2 to 4 in not acting the complaint/Representation filed by the petitioner herein dated 20.06.2025 before the respondent Nos. 2 to 4 under appropriate sections of law and in not providing police protection for petitioner and petitioners business as being illegal, arbitrary, violation of principal of natural justice and violation of Article 14, 19(1) (g) and 21 of constitution of India and consequently this Honble Court to direct the respondent Nos. 3 and 4 to considering the petitioner representation dated 20.06.2025 and providing police protection for petitioners business and to pass…”
02. Heard Sri P.V.Venkata Ravi Sankar, learned counsel for the petitioner, and Sri V. Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents.
03. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home on written instructions would submit that no oral or written complaint was received at Gorantla Police Station from the petitioner in respect of the alleged incident dated 20.06.2025. It is submitted that in the absence of such complaint, no crime was registered. It is further submitted that if the petitioner approaches the police and lodges a complaint, the same will be duly enquired into and appropriate action will be taken strictly in accordance with law.

In view of the above submissions, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be disposed of by recording the statement of the respondents, leaving liberty to the petitioner to approach the police by filing a fresh complaint, and direct the respondent authorities to take necessary action upon such complaint.
05. Considering the submissions made by both parties, this writ petition is
disposed of leaving it open to the petitioner to approach the respondent police by way of a fresh complaint. Upon receipt of such complaint, the concerned police are directed to duly register the same and take appropriate action according to the governing rules and law. There shall be no order as to costs.
