Petitioner is aggrieved that despite there was a determination of gratuity of Rs. 13,20,229/-, he was paid only Rs. 10,91,063/-, i.e., amount of Rs. 2,29,166/- was not paid. 3. Learned counsel appearing for Respondent-2, on instruction, submits that there was a legal impediment on basis of audit objection and such legal impediment will be communicated to petitioner within a period of two weeks. 4. Learned counsel for petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of on basis of above statement reserving a liberty to petitioner to take legal recourse if petitioner remain aggrieved after aforesaid communication. 4. In aforesaid circumstances, taking note of statement made by learned counsel for Respondent-2, this writ petition is disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
