The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 446/2024 arising out of Chainpur P.S. Case No. 105/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 1299/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 323, 376, 504 of the I.P.C. and Section 8 of the POCSO Act, pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Palamau, Daltonganj. 3. The petitioner is alleged to have established consensual physical relationship with the prosecutrix on the pretext of marriage. Later on, the petitioner refused to marry her. 4. It appears that the parties were in consensual physical relationship for a year. 5. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-V, Palamau, Daltonganj in connection with S.T.
