CWP-10907 of 2024 While placing on record communication dated 04.09.2025, enclosing therewith copy of office order dated 14.08.2025, issued under the signatures of Director, Transport, Himachal Pradesh, learned Additional Advocate General states that Department concerned has decided to grant higher pay-stage of 31,200/- (Level 4) effective from ₹ 11.04.2024, after completion of two years of regular service, as per Notification dated 06.09.2022 issued by the Finance Department, Government of Himachal Pradesh. Having perused aforesaid communication as well as office order dated 14.08.2025, there appears to be merit in the contention of learned Additional Advocate General. Learned counsel representing the petitioner, who has also perused aforesaid communication, fairly acknowledges factum with regard to compliance in the instant proceedings. In view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and accordingly the same are closed, with the direction to respondents to ensure that arrears flowing from the aforesaid compliance shall be released expeditiously, preferably, within a period of two months.
