This petition, under Section 24 of the CPC, is preferred by the petitioner for transferring the Misc. (G) Case No. 10/2025, from court of learned District & Page No.# 2/2 Sessions Judge, Jorhat (court of Jorhat) to the court of learned Principal Judge No. 2, Famiy Court, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati (court of Guwahati). 3. Ms. Borah, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the wife of the respondent, who had instituted the Misc. (G) Case No. 10/2025, before the court of Jorhat. But, presently she is residing at Guwahati and on such count, it is not possible on her part to attend the aforesaid proceeding at Jorhat and therefore, the same may be transferred to the court of Guwahati, where another proceeding, being F.C. (Civil) No. 989/2025 is also pending between the same parties. 4. On the other hand, Mr. Saikia, learned counsel for the respondent submits that he has no objection in allowing this petition as the petitioner has instituted another proceeding before the court of learned Principal Judge No. 2, Famiy Court, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati. 5. Accordingly, taking note of the submissions of learned counsel for both the parties and also considering the facts and circumstances on the record, this petition stands allowed. 6. Misc. (G) Case No. 10/2025, pending before the court of Jorhat stands transferred to the court of Guwahati. 7. The parties shall appear before the court of learned Principal Judge No. 2, Famiy Court, Kamrup (M) at Guwahati after 4 weeks. JUDGE Comparing Assistant
