This is a fresh petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India read with Section 528 of the Bhartiya Nagarik Sanhita, 2023, for issuance of Writ in the nature of Habeas Corpus/Mandamus against the respondent Nos.1 and 2, seeking the following reliefs: - i. Issuance of Writ of Habeas Corpus, thereby directing the Respondent No. 2 to produce Smt. Meenu (the wife of the Petitioner) before this Court, who is illegally confined by her family members, and after hearing her, Smt. Meenu, be allowed to go wherever she would like to go; ii. In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to file appropriate petition before the appropriate forum, in accordance with law. 4.
